How long can you hold your breadth? Not very
long right? Next to oxygen, water is the most essential element needed by your
body - not only to survive but also to function properly.
Water
is main ingredient in the fluids in your body systems. Fluids travel
through your body, carrying nutrients and waste to and from all your cells and
organs.
Poor hydration causes the body to eliminating waste and toxin
through the skin, this can cause acne. Poor hydration also cause the skin oil to
become thicker and increase the possibility of it getting trapped in the pores
leading to acne.

men: DRINK AT LEAST 4 LITRES OF WATER A DAY

woman: DRINK AT LEAST 3 LITRES OF WATER A DAY
