Step Five: Target

This step is custom made for you and your health. We are all different, some have weight management struggles, some have bone and joint pain, some want to to prevent cardiovascular disease such as heart attack and stroke, some want to boost their immune system. 

Regardless of your background, Step Five is about taking responsibility for your health by proving nutritional support for your target areas such as: Hearts and cardiovascular system, weight management, aging, immune system, bone & joint.

Almost all the possible health problems are preventable through developing the simple, healthy habits of 5 Steps to Optimal Health: Hydrate -> Exercising -> Cleansing -> Nourshing -> Targeting your body. 

All this knowledge means nothing if we do not take ACTION.  Lets get started to be healthy !

Step One: Hydrate

How long can you hold your breadth? Not very long right? Next to oxygen, water is the most essential element needed by your body - not only to survive but also to function properly. 
Water is main ingredient in the fluids in your body systems. Fluids travel through your body, carrying nutrients and waste to and from all your cells and organs. 
Poor hydration causes the body to eliminating waste and toxin through the skin, this can cause acne. Poor hydration also cause the skin oil to become thicker and increase the possibility of it getting trapped in the pores leading to acne. 

Do you know? 
    1% dehydration results in thirst
    There is 10% decreases in your mental performance when you feel thirsty
    2% dehydration reduces your ability to work
    4% dehydration results in lethagy and mental symptoms.
    If you are hydrated you are more likely to have trouble concentrating, be more irritable, and have more headaches.

Actionable Step:
1  For men: DRINK AT LEAST 4 LITRES OF WATER A DAY

2  For woman: DRINK AT LEAST 3 LITRES OF WATER A DAY
